PROTECTION OF FOREIGNERS

WE WILL PROTECT YOU FROM GETTING DEPORTED

You are a foreign national staying in Poland illegally
and you’re afraid of having to return to your home country?

Even if you do not hold a visa or a residence permit, it does not mean that you will face deportation. You have the right to seek shelter in Poland if your emigration from your homeland was due to a sense of danger, including but not limited to fear of persecution, unjust criminal trial or separation from your family.

As attorneys specializing in immigration law in our practice, we have repeatedly helped foreigners facing deportation due to illegal stay. Our law firm will take care of obtaining protection for you in Poland, regardless of whether you are staying in the country legally or illegally. As part of our services:

  • we check whether you can obtain a tolerated stay permit, temporary protection, asylum, a stay permit for humanitarian reasons or refugee status;
  • we help you prepare for the proceedings and guide you through the entire process of obtaining protection in the territory of the Republic of Poland;
  • we represent you before the Commander of the Border Guard Post and the Chief Commander of the Border Guard, the Refugee Board, the provincial administrative court or the Supreme Administrative Court;
  • we provide you with support in matters related to relocation.

GRANTING OF REFUGEE STATUS AND SUBSIDIARY PROTECTION

If you fear persecution in your country because of your race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group or because of your political beliefs, our immigration law attorney will help you obtain refugee status. And if this is not possible, they will apply for subsidiary protection on your behalf.

STAY FOR HUMANITARIAN REASONS, TOLERATED STAY
