What documents are needed to marry a foreigner?

To get married at the Civil Registry Office in Poland, you will need a valid foreigner’s identity document (e.g. passport), a copy of the birth certificate with a sworn translation into Polish, and if the foreigner was previously married in another relationship – also the marriage certificate and a document confirming their capacity to be remarried issued by the authorities of the foreigner’s country or, alternatively, a consent of a Polish court to be remarried, which we help obtain by representing the foreigner in court.
